Shipping and Delivery Information
We will try our best to deliver your products to you as soon as possible
All Ready Made Wigs and Raw Hair Bundles orders will be despatched between 1-2 working days
Customised orders will take 10 working days to process plus 2-3 days to be delivered
Shipment conditions will be given specifically for all Pre-orders
UK Next Day Delivery : £9 - This takes approximately 1-2 working days (if you order before 12 noon)
Northern Ireland Standard Delivery : £10 - This takes approximately 3-5 working days (if you order before 12 noon)
The Rest of the World Delivery - DHL/UPS : £47- This takes approximately 3-10 working days
Please note the following:
We do not deliver on Sundays or English Bank Holidays.
Orders placed after the relevant cut off time will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after the relevant cut-off time on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Delivery that requires signature may not be delivered if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour, at your local post office or in a safe place as requested by you, they will leave a card for informing you where it is.
Where a signature is given by someone other than you or the parcel is left at your local post office, the order will be treated as having been delivered.
You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
Customers are advised that express delivery is not available for orders from the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands or BFPO addresses.
